This section outlines the geographic scope of SevenSeas services, including permitted countries of residence or incorporation, supported payment corridors, and countries subject to sanctions or regulatory restrictions. These rules are applied in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and may be updated from time to time.
ELIGIBILITY BY COUNTRY
Permitted Juridictions (Countries of Residence or Incorporation)
SevenSeas services are available only to customers who are resident in, or incorporated in, permitted jurisdictions.
For individuals, eligibility is determined by the country of residence.
For companies, eligibility is determined by the country of incorporation and, where applicable, the country of principal place of business.
Access to SevenSeas services may vary depending on the customer profile, the selected products or services, and applicable regulatory requirements. SevenSeas reserves the right to restrict or refuse onboarding for certain jurisdictions based on its risk assessment and compliance obligations.

SevenSeas enables payment transactions only with jurisdictions that are approved in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements. The availability of payment flows may vary depending on the customer profile, the type of transaction, the payment method used, and the applicable regulatory framework.
SevenSeas reserves the right to block or delay specific payment flows in order to comply with regulatory obligations or internal risk policies.

Incoming payments are supported only from permitted jurisdictions. Certain countries or corridors may be subject to additional checks, limitations, or restrictions depending on the risk profile of the transaction and the applicable compliance requirements.

Sanctioned Countries
SevenSeas strictly complies with applicable international sanctions regimes and regulatory restrictions, including those issued by the United Nations (UN), the European Union (EU), the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), and other relevant authorities.
As a result, SevenSeas does not support onboarding, transactions, or services involving countries that are subject to comprehensive international sanctions. Certain jurisdictions may also be subject to partial sanctions or specific restrictions, which may limit or prohibit specific services, payment flows, or transaction types.
The list of sanctioned or restricted countries is subject to change and is updated in accordance with regulatory developments. SevenSeas reserves the right to apply additional restrictions based on its internal risk assessment and compliance obligations.

Due to the current military coup in Myanmar, all banks onshore have been instructed by the Myanmar Banks Association to remain closed. As the banking system is now offline, our banking provider is unable to process any payments to Myanmar until further notice.
